After a successful start to the season with two Kent League victories over Mote Park and The Royals, the ladies were well and truly beaten by a strong Folkestone team.   A white wash in fact, 0-12. losing on all five rinks.

However credit to rinks skipped by Ann Munro and Sue Wallis who both only lost narrowly 15-17. Sue’s team recovered well from 1-10 down after 7 ends, while 6 shots on the last 2 ends gave a respectable score to Ann’s quartet.

Sevenoaks are extremely lucky that we have a small number of ladies who are prepared to drive us to these games – on this occasion a big thank you to Joan, Ann, Joy-Ann, Lynn and Shirley.
