What an afternoon, winning on 5 of the 6 rinks and by a considerable shots margin.

Sevenoaks held a very narrow 57-51 shots lead overall when the cup of tea arrived at 11 ends. From then on our ladies piled on the pressure, finishing very strongly with a most satisfying 113-80 end result.

Highest winning rink came from Val Porter, Rosemary Tuck and Mel Bridges who only allowed their opponents to win 5 ends as they romped to a 20-7 victory.

A big pat on the back to the other 15 ladies who played and made a valuable contribution to this very special result for Sevenoaks.
