We had a great day playing against KCIBA today. The result didn’t go our way, with the experience of the County bowlers shinning through on some rinks. The overall score was 142-93, bit we did have 2 winning rinks and 1 rink that only lost on the last end. Our top rink bowlers were Charlie Keeling, Steve Wellbelove, Richard Phillips and Skip Derrick Rodgers (Richard came in as cover this morning). As captain I’d like to thank Steve, Nigel, and Sally for their help today, and Derrick for his support. I look forward to future club games and hope our men keep putting their names forward for games
