Dear All,
As you will know from Tuesday’s email, Sevenoaks Indoor Bowls Club will be opening its doors once again on Wednesday 14th April! As the Club has not been used for quite a time, several cleaning jobs must be done before the 14th and this is where the Directors are hoping that members will volunteer to help.
Some of the jobs involved are hoovering the lounge area, the Churchill, cleaning the entrance windows and also the windows looking onto the green, wiping over the tables and chairs, carpet cleaning in Churchill (with a machine kindly loaned by a member), toilets, rink surrounds. Dave Fleming is in charge of cleaning the bar area, but will need assistants.
If you can help with any of the above jobs, please ring Sally on 07788 738831 between 2-5 pm, Monday to Friday, to offer your services. The Club will be open for cleaning on Tuesday 6th, Thursday 8th and Tuesday 13th April from 10.00 am – 1.00 pm.
